aaajiji is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Accepted Philippine IDs: Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID are all accepted as valid government-issued identification for KYC purposes.
All financial transactions on the aaajiji platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aaajiji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their accounts reviewed and may have winnings forfeited.

aaajiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting aaajiji support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.
